Hi! I'm Chris and my full time job is with Operation BBQ Relief as their Head of Logistics and Procurement- where I get to combine my love for people, purpose, and—of course—BBQ. I’ve been married to my incredible wife, Erika, for 19 wonderful years. We share our home with our quirky fur-kids: Maverick, Barney, and Mr. Meowgi. 

I’m a proud uncle and godparent, and I absolutely adore spending time with our nieces, nephews, and godchildren. A few things that bring me joy: firing up the grill, cheering on my beloved Texas A&M Aggies, jamming to Taylor Swift (yes, I’m a proud Swiftie), celebrating Halloween, eating all the pickles, and visiting my favorite place—New York City.

My faith journey began at First United Methodist Church in Franklin, TX, and I had the honor of serving as the youth minister right here at FCC Rowlett from 2009 to 2015. I have a deep love for Disciples Crossing camps and unforgettable mission trips that helped shape my heart for service.

At the end of the day, I strive to live out Micah 6:8: "To act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God." Helping others is not just a calling—it’s who I am.
